However, disclosing private messages is still bad style except in very exceptional circumstances. In this example it would have sufficed for you in the first post to state he had contacted you with a… whatever that is, I’m not english.

short version is he was being rude to a friend of mine, dropped that he was using claude for policy work, i told him the movement didn't need him anymore, i wandered away to run errands, serenely enjoyed my afternoon, and then came back to find a bunch of replies from him that I didn't see before and that DM
