Pendant une quarantaine d’années, j’ai eu un rapport très intime avec la musique: j’en ai écouté des km, joué des milliers d’heures, composé, arrangé, écrit dessus.

J’ai eu des vinyles puis des CD, puis des mp3.

Je n’ai pourtant jamais basculé sur le streaming via les plateformes, essentiellement parce que je n’ai pas confiance, mais surtout parce que le modèle économique détruit la création musicale.

Aujourd’hui que je ne fais plus qu’écouter:
— j’ai un très suffisant convertisseur numérique-analogique au cul de mon Mac,
— j’ai un très suffisant casque bien équilibré
— je torrente les fichiers HD des gens morts
— je télécharge chez les vendeurs numériques les fichiers HD des gens vivants
— si je veux faire écouter ma musique j’envoie en AirPlay vers des enceintes très suffisantes,
— si je veux partager avec mes enfants, je convertis en ALAC et je le mets sur leurs téléphones.

À bientôt 60 ans, il n’y a plus aucune raison que je change mon protocole.
Je peux mourir en paix :)
