If you were wondering why Musk has spent more than $366 million to help Republicans keep the Senate and the House, look no further: He is dead scared that his crimes will be investigated.

His response to the news that Democrats will also investigate his throttling of Ukrainian Starlink access on top of everything DOGE is: “Live by the sword, die by the sword [I will] come for them”.

Threatening lawmakers with retribution if they investigate your crimes would work in Russia. Not in the US.

@randahl And he made sure to throw in an antisemitic dogwhistle at the end, because of course he did.

@randahl Keeping fingers crossed you are right - and a sufficient number of American voters are fed up enough by Donald Dumb's GOP to give 'em a good whack to the forehead.

@randahl there is plenty to investigate and he knows: Did Musk use public office to benefit his private businesses? Examine contracts, decisions, communications, ethics records and recusals.
Was government oversight deliberately weakened to protect him or his companies? Trace specific decisions to drop cases, suspend penalties or change enforcement priorities.
Did any of this cross the line from conflicts of interest into provable illegality?

    @randahl
Musk is sitting across from you at the poker table. Two of the other four players are playing like they do when they have a good hand. You know them, so you’re certain how they will play. Only you know that you also have a very decent hand. Three out of four are ready to bet hard on their hand. The fourth has a very slim chance of also having a good hand. You know a little about him, mostly that he’s a blowhard douche with a God complex. Suddenly, he goes all in and says, “I wouldn’t mess with me because I’ll destroy you.” You know instantly that he is holding garbage. You look at the other two players and immediately realize that they are thinking the same thing. You look back at Musk and can see that he thinks his bluff is working. He has a grin a bit too wide and his eyes are darting around as he chuckles a bit too much. You immediately push your pile gently towards the pot. You look at the other two and they both think about it for a second before folding. They know how you play and realize they can’t all win. You look back at Musk and wait for his move. He blinks rapidly as his grin turns down. You can see he is trying to understand his predicament and failing. He is in a position that is new to him. He is losing everything and can’t grasp the reality. The game is over for him.

If Musk was really as smart as he thinks he is he would keep his mouth shut and just buy a few congressional members. They're cheap and he has more money than sense.

Remember when the Epstein emails were released and we all saw that he sat there on Christmas morning while his kids were opening their presents, a famously family-time activity, and emailed a notorious pedophile about going to pedophile parties on his pedophile island?

We don't need all of Musk's co-conspirators to testify against him. Just a few.

So if you work for Musk and you aren't gathering incriminating evidence, understand that your co-workers are gathering evidence on you.

And at the #InternationalCriminalCourt, Trump pardons don't count.

    Neat idea here.

Tax this mother fucker out of relevance. Don't wait. Do it now. Take back every government subsidy he's ever fucking received. Take back every tax break he's ever fucking received.

End this bullshit. The political leadership of this country are running out of time to act before too many of us feel the need to replace _everything_.

Furthermore Trump and his allies must be Investigated, Tried, and brought to Justice.

An individual can become 100 millionaire through the ownership of real estate.

A billionaire is only really possible because of corporate size.

But the world needs what America needs is to un Bork the Sherman act.

The chief reason why tech bro billionaires dropped so much money into the Republican Party in 2024 was because the Biden administration was investigating them.

DOGE existed to destroy the agencies investigating Elon. At least that’s what Elon wanted out of it.

This is a point the Democrats do not seem to understand the rich bought the federal government to stop from being investigated.

We need to understand they destroyed the federal government and our waging war on us because the law was being applied to them.

This is why they must lose everything. It’s treason

@randahl Just note down these words: what will the dems actually do, in case they win and have their win certified true?
Because a second T mandate after B means they didn't act too much in the B mandate.

@randahl Propose a bill to strip foreign-Born Americans who threaten elected leaders of the US of their citizenship because just like NAZI's and Commie's are not eligible for citizenship, the US shouldn't accept those that want to destroy democracy from within.

I generally would like to point out that they took an oath of citizenship, which is not unlike the oath of office.

They swear to defend the nation and its constitution. If you actively work to destroy the nation war of the constitution, I would point out that corruption and violence is a qualifying event, you violated your oath.

On the other hand, we do have provisions for treason

@randahl I know it’s unkind to celebrate the suffering of anyone else. But watching this guy suffer would fill my heart with absolute joy.

He is someone who intentionally causes the suffering and death of other people, then bullies their protectors. That’s someone beyond the benefit of empathy.

I would like for all of the PayPal mafia because all of them hail one way or another through South Africa and its Nazi Christian nationalist enclaves.

These gentlemen should be rounded up and put on a desert island with just enough supplies. They can sort out how to govern themselves.

    Also, no outside contact

@randahl Musk's PR advisors must be tearing hair out.

In this situation you'd publicly say nothing to hide, while shredding every incriminating document that exists before the new gov is sworn in.

Instead, he says, yeah I've commited crimes, but if you come after me, I'll invent crimes to accuse you of.

Complete madness, especially since very few individuals in the US have flouted laws to the extent Musk has.

Oh you have me for billions in fraud? But you ran a red light in 1986. Checkmate!
