He's had one piece, the rest are packaged up in the freezer. Also, a lemon drizzle cake.

Well, I left one piece out for him. If he really wanted more, he could defrost another....
Although it's pretty solid fruit cake, one piece should keep him going, especially as he had it with custard.
(and I do worry if he has too much cake at once...)

Ooh lemon drizzle too.
My partner's late mother introduced me to it, and made the best ones.
Its the anniversary of her death in a few days. I must get one or make it to remember her.
