Well, tbf 'one piece' depends on the size of the piece.

Yes, I think they are decent portions?

Well, I left one piece out for him. If he really wanted more, he could defrost another....
Although it's pretty solid fruit cake, one piece should keep him going, especially as he had it with custard.
(and I do worry if he has too much cake at once...)
