My Alt Text got cut off. here's the full description for the photo I just posted. The photo is taken from above at a slight angle, looking down at a square disposable aluminum foil pan with crimped silver edges, sitting centered on a large dark gray metal cookie sheet. The cookie sheet extends out past the pan on every side, and behind it is a white stovetop, with part of a black electric coil burner visible in the top left corner. Inside the pan, six enchiladas are packed snugly side by side, filling it completely, rolled flour tortillas with seasoned ground beef queso and cheese inside. The whole top is covered edge to edge in melted cheese: vivid orange-yellow cheddar marbled through with paler, creamy white cheese, glossy where the light hits it, with light golden browning and a few darker toasted spots. Dark reddish-brown chili shows through the cheese in patches — one large patch near the top right corner, more streaked along the right edge and bottom right, and smaller spots peeking through in the middle where the sauce has bubbled up. At the bottom edge of the pan, the pale, soft ends of the flour tortillas stick out from under the cheese blanket, showing the rolled ends of the enchiladas. Everything looks bubbling, molten, and completely covered, with no bare spots.
