Good morning friends. Yesterday's experiments in the kitchen were a success. My enchilada recipe has officially gotten an upgrade. I restrained myself and didn't demolish that whole pan and I still have leftovers in my fridge. I found out last night that I have a decent chunk of change that the state of Texas is holding for me from PayPal, and after some sniffing, I found out that it was in fact legit so yay money. I've got that paperwork to do on top of some other stuff today. Having my coffee before anything is a must so I'm off to pour my second cup. I hope everybody has a good Saturday.

@pawpower I am. For the most part anyway. My body doesn't like it but I do. It's 42 degrees outside right now. Not weather for outside coffee but I like it during the day when it warms up. I can open my front and back doors and let the air in which is really nice. Right now though it's the fuzzy blanket off the back of my recliner. I don't have my heat on yet, but I'm also running around in my I don't give a damn clothes right now until I need to get dressed which are shorts and a tank top, so if I'm a little chilly it's my fault lol. The fuzzy blanket is doing its job though.

@JamminJerry @MariahL Anything above Tennessee is officially 'the frozen north." That's just the rules. I don't make 'em.

@pawpower @JamminJerry @MariahL Yuk, the summer is so humid and gross. Only time I like the summer is very early on or while I'm in water, otherwise... nope. The shitty thing is it didn't actualy used to be that bad, but over the last six years or so its gotten progressivly more gross.

@dragonwolfsp @JamminJerry @MariahL That's so funny because coming from Louisiana, it doesn't feel humid really to me at all.

@dragonwolfsp @pawpower @MariahL my body has become way too picky now. anything over 83ish is too hot for me. very high humidity makes it much worse, and anything under 50 is too cold. well closer to 45, but still. if I am outside for a while, it starts to make my fingers hurt if I don't keep them in pockets even at around 45 degrees. especially if the humidity is up.

@JamminJerry @dragonwolfsp @MariahL Yes if I' outside for longer than a few minutes below 45 degrees i will get pneumonia. It's why I live here. Also why I can't live in MA or MN like I'd want to if i could. Stupid lungs!

@pawpower @MariahL It’s not supposed to get out of the 40s here. Brrrrrr! Y’all’s weather sounds great though! I have the house to myself for a few hours. So I’m celebrating by working on organizing my closet. All my cold weather stuff is in bins in my closet and I’m getting tired of not being able to just go grab stuff like a normal person. Not sure if I’ll get it all done today but I’m gonna try. I’ve got a nice big walk in closet and it’s time it get properly used.

@amy0223 @MariahL That's awesome. I hope you enjoy a quiet morning of organizing and reading or listening to music or whatever it is! The dogs just came back from walks and I am working on giant breakfast.
