Good morning friends and happy Friday! Today I'm going to be fat. I have the desire to make some enchiladas, and I'm going to step things up a bit. I've got a jar of queso con salsa just itching to be used and I have plans and good feelings about said plans. Yes, there will be a picture and a full report of this experiment. Today's plan also includes vacuuming because it needs doing but that won't take long,. If weather permits, I'm going to let the house get some air while I cook with some music playing.
