Happy Friday, friends. How did I start my morning? Phone calls, of course. When I first moved in and handled the installing of my internet, my ISP told me I'd get a free month of service. When my bill came, I saw that credit hadn't been applied. I shrugged, paid the total because $60 a month is nothing to sneeze at. Yesterday I got a text claiming that I'd get a credit on my account for the various outages and other tomfoolery that's been happening. I went to pay my bill because I got my check today and there was no credit applied. So after a cup of coffee so I didn't sound like I was going to eat someone for dinner, I called. The gentleman I talked to was honestly surprised I hadn't gotten my free month and I kind of forgot about it until I started talking about the other credit I was supposed to get. If everything goes through, I *should* have a free month of internet. I'm supposed to be getting a call the day my autopay is set to charge or before then, so here's hoping. If I can save $60 this month you won't hear me complain. In other news, after the Rog Ally scare yesterday, the PC is fine, though I won't pretend I like what happened. I'm actively sniffing around for PC's that can be a replacement so my Rog Ally can live a life of just being a handheld machine like it's supposed to be. Prices are making me cry but what else is new these days. I hope everybody has a good one.
