Alright, I sunk the post in Quickcrete yesterday afternoon, let it cure all evening and overnight. That is about 15 hours longer than Quikcrete claims to need.

And here is my prediction: NW Ohio will have a metric shit-ton of snow this winter. Because every single time I have repaired or replaced my mailbox over the last two decades, a snowplow has come along after a particularly nasty snowfall and taken it out.

My in-laws got themselves a Costco membership several months ago. They've used it once, because they both refuse to drive, "in the city." For the record, Perrysburg, Ohio is barely a town, the area around the local Costco gets _some_ amount of traffic. I believe they are terrified of roundabouts, the diverging diamond interchange over OH-25, and of course, people with brown skin.

Naturally, Kim's mother has been begging her to take her to Costco for weeks now.

So, Kim is driving down to Bowling Green, to meet with them, take them to Costco, and bring them back down to BG. I swear, it's just weaponized incompetence. So now, they are all coming. MiL, FiL, Kim's sister who is also afraid of the "big city," and her unvaccinated niece. They want me to come too for some fucking reason.

Did I mention measles has spread to this area? That poor kid.
