The data does not lie.
Black women turned out at 94% Democratic. Black men at 77%. Every non-white voting bloc leaned Democratic by double digits. White men voted Republican at 61%. White women at 59%.
If you want a progressive agenda in this country, it must be acknowledged and respected, that it runs through Black folx.
Black women specifically.
That is not a talking point.
That is a documented pattern that shows up election after election, and it is time that our collective behavior starts to align with that reality.
What the data also shows is that whiteness has a politics.
It is not about party affiliation or intention or how you voted.
It is about what gets protected,
what gets prioritized,
and what gets sacrificed when comfort is prioritized over stated values.
White progressive, liberal, and leftist folx: your numbers are in this chart too.
And the gap between what you say you believe and what the data consistently shows is not a reason for shame or guilt.
It is information.
It is a pattern worth examining.
That is what The Predator’s Table is for.
Not to assign blame.
Not to perform allyship.
To help you see clearly what is operating underneath your decisions,

(Asking from abroad, not sure how this is calculated? But afaik in the US voting is restricted for convicted people and Black men, especially poor ones, make up an outsized percentage of the already ridiculously huge number of people locked up in the land of the free)

I didn't find a breakout by gender.

@KimCrayton1 Yes, it is sad, but it is also true that Republicans are largely made up of a bunch of white people who are afraid of what will happen when they are not the majority anymore.
Way back in the day while in college I studied Southern history. One of the things that stands out was that prior to the Civil War, white people in South Carolina where terrified of what would happen if they slaves were freed. After all, slaves made up about 80% of the population. Slave owners made up about 2% of the population, but all white people were afraid. I think things have not changed as much as we should have hoped.

@KimCrayton1 Among the insights I've come to rely on, in my conceptualization of U.S. culture, is that Black women are at the very root and forefront of the culture of fidelity to ideals. Others take it up, of course, and get credit, but that's my take.

What is the source of your data? I agree with you that way too many white people voted wrong, but something is off here.

I have an observation/question in how this infographic is displayed.
I (we?) have been so conditioned to see 'Red' as right wing and 'Blue' as left wing, I'm wondering why Blue is depicted on the left side of this graph?
It's probably just a me thing. I love visual information, and my mind was distracted a bit by this reversal.

Compare that to the white people who “didn’t have a problem with Black Women in General” in 2024 but had “a personal issue with Kamala Harris” and either stayed home or voted Trump.

We can't look at the party breakdown without also looking at the demographic breakdown. The percentage in brackets next to the gender and race — e.g. 'Black women (6%)' — represents the number of exit polls conducted in that group.
Black folx vote heavily Democrat but only make up 10% of the vote, so in the context of voter suppression and the party's own failure to get out Black voters, the Dems wring their hands and say we have to chase white voters.
I hear the point you're making but as a white person who takes responsibility for tackling white racism my hope for a progressive agenda involves changing white liberal attitudes so they don't stay home or vote Republican the next time there's a Black Democrat running for president.
