At first I thought it was a joke (not-a-joke) about his weight and the need for sturdier flagpoles. Which, ok, only makes sense in a dream logic kind of way, but I haven't had my coffee yet.

Now that I focus on the actual idea, I think there are many ways people will celebrate:
- 2 flagpoles (optionally many many flagpoles)
- Same old flagpole but double-height flag (optionally, one flag that is as high as the entire flagpole)
- 2 flags on the flagpole (optionally, many many flags up and down the entire length of the flagpole)
- Each of us becomes a human flagpole and wears special clothes that transform ito a big wavy flag (stiffened with wire) on one side

How about two solid years of official celebration (anti-mourning period)
