To be clear, 50 hectares relates to the estate as a whole, not just the swimming pool, but I'm still interested if it is just the swimming pool.

Although you should bear in mind that @girlonthenet and I agreed ages ago that we would club together to buy a castle / abandoned fort, on an island somewhere I think - perhaps near Portsmouth - so the expectation here is pretty high.

They are Hella cool - granted - but unless the weird computer thingies can run Photoshop, Word (natively) and run triple-A games at 60fps, I'll pass.
