Not sure what Health and Safety would think of wearing it over a black lace corset, lacey dress and fishnets, though. Even if it did look good!

It looks like the lace is on a mesh backing to give it stability so that will reduce it at least a bit (things can't get caught by going through the gaps in the lace, since there's no "through"). It might still be snaggy on the outside, maybe there's an added finish that could fix that.
Def won’t any more than any other safety vest, luckily it seems to have the standard 5 point breakaway feature that vests typically do.
@mahryekuh @alicemcalicepants I have one! I wear it while riding a bike & I enjoy not having to feel like a traffic cone while still being visible. It’s currently benched as it’s a little heavy for hot weather right now, but nice for spring/fall. It never fails to make me smile when I wear it.
