    And even his Davos speech was more words than actions.

    I have now written to him 3 times on different issues and have had to ask that question every time.

    Do you think not saying anything about Venezuela, Cuba, or Iran (which he does apparently support) or Palestine demonstrates standing up to a hegemony, or does standing up only involve white majority populated countries, Mr. Carney? I'm detecting a trend that says not.

    I am one who thought that he understood the risks of forging ahead with fossil fuels, the bigger picture costs. Those risks have not gone away and in fact they are becoming more extreme.

    How you think making deals that will only increase the speed and downside costs of those risks, especially to life on the planet has not been explained. If he wants to make a great speech he should start by explaining that.

    It would be great if media started asking those questions. You know, how does what he's doing align with what he used to say or with his book entitled 'Values'.
