I am one who thought that he understood the risks of forging ahead with fossil fuels, the bigger picture costs. Those risks have not gone away and in fact they are becoming more extreme.

How you think making deals that will only increase the speed and downside costs of those risks, especially to life on the planet has not been explained. If he wants to make a great speech he should start by explaining that.
