Does this make any sense as title of a tune, that should give a feeling of a forest that's haunted in a friendly manner?

I am rather uncertain about it, whether it works like this, or not.

However, I think what you might be after is “Mae’r coed ellylledig yn caredig”, the enchanted trees are kind/caring?
Although ellylledig has the connotation of “elven”. What’s the English phrase you’re going for?

“Friendly” -> gyfeillgar
“Haunted”-> ysbrydion/bwganod
So maybe mae’r coedwig ysbrydion yn gyfeillgar
@drunkenmadman @stufromoz @draig You could have something like "Coedwig yr ysbrydion cyfeillgar", which would translate to "the wood of the friendly spirits." I think that would be the simplest way to get to something close to the OP's original phrase.

There's no exact English phrase I have in mind. Or like 'the friendly-haunted forest'
I seem to remember that in Welsh, an adjective could modify another adjective, using some particle. Which I thought was 'yn'.
