    Since the isotopes decay relatively quickly this isn't something the medical center can keep on hand. The specialized radioactive isotopes are made before the appointment, down in Massachusetts, and driven up in a metal (lead?) lined suitcase. Even the syringe is encased in thick metal to protect the technician. Afterwards they suggest drinking lots of fluids to help flush it out. 🤨
