Oct 15, 2026, 5:29 AMAll my recovered lithium cells are balanced, and they seem to accept the power bank housing I've placed them into. Next step will be to see if they charge, which I do very gently with recovered cells.

These are all the balanced recovered cells I have for now, and the charge tests were all green, so I've added a wooden shim so the pack has a more balanced weight and the existing cells don't move around¹. On with the cover and we have a complete battery pack!

¹ My family points out that any time I can use a stick or some string to fix something, I will. I would have used bone as it's less flammable, but I didn't have any in the right size.

@nasamuffin : There's always the risk of recovered cells having a similar charge capacity to these.
