I use Foot on Linux and Terminal.app on MacOS and they're each adequate until I get back to Emacs.

@ross in that case, what terminal(s) do you use in emacs?

@shapr Sometimes vterm or ansi-term, but mostly `M-x compile` and `M-x shell`.
I also believe TUIs are a poor compromise between the composability of text streams and the modern accoutrements of a GUI, and an exception is Emacs. My approach is less radical once you've embraced this radical belief.

(I don’t know if there’s any vibe coded options but I don’t consider those an option anyway)
