Today @ritualdust shared a really neat page about hatching in heraldry, which is a way to describe color in a monochrome image.

I decided to try to apply the conventional system to monochrome signal flags. Signal flags are, of course, already designed to be recognizable in b&w due to their differing patterns(and dark vs light color arrangement) but I thought that it would be a neat way to communicate the colors when shared as a monochrome image.

Now that I've assembled my #Ploopy A+ [1] it might be my favorite trackball ever. I wish twisting the ball worked like my Kensington Slimblade, but golly this is a nice trackball.
