    This morning I woke up determined to go directly to the elections office as soon as it opened.
    I wasn't positive how my voter registration was signed because it was updated when I renewed my driver's license.
    I wanted my vote to count for this most important election of my lifetime. I have voted in every election since I was eighteen years old.
    My grandsons have already voted too.
    Now to pester my friends to get their votes in.
    Summer says that next on our list is an adventure.
    We will see.
    Good morning Mastodon.

    A black purse with a beaded dangly decoration and an I voted sticker with a banana slug.

    @NorcalGma2 I used to work for a company that made vote (ballot) tabulation equipment, a good company. It was a wonderful experience working for such a company. The people I worked with made sure the equipment worked properly and fairly. Then the company was sold.

    @NorcalGma2 My ballot arrived a day or two ago. I’ll be delivering it to an early-voting site as soon as they open this coming week. We have to make a difference!

    @NorcalGma2

    Is your county fussy about ballot signatures?

    I don't remember how I signed my original voter reg app in #CoCoCounty 17 yrs ago but I'm pretty sure that my current signature doesn't look anything like it but it's never been questioned AFAIK. 🤷‍♀️

    @sgt1372
    They can be fussy so I took mine in with my ID and had the elections office staff witness my signature. I know it will be counted for sure now.
