I am trying to fight the good fight against AI at work.

I think there are arguments that are legitimate, but also accusational.
E.g.
- Using it harms creators
- Using it harms the environment
- You may think it’s helping you, but your colleagues will have to clean up the mess in your output

I think this is all true, but work people will just shut off and not listen.

So instead, I’ve focused on the economic argument:

“Even if you like it now, will you like it when they start ramping up the cost? $327b was spent last year with no profit… how do you expect they are going to get their money back?”
