@Linux Audio Development I've watched like 2 1/2 of the Youtube demos now, and currently it seems to me like a new type of 80-/90-ish game sound generator. Those sounds seem to be the most easy ones to get. The thing sounds so neutral, that it isn't exactly leading my ear into any kind of bias - which is what i would want from a synth. Anyhow, for the absolute digital neutral feel it is pretty cool. The videos are made easy to understand and relatively quick on details, i appreciated that.
P.S.: Edit: Questions really is, how wuld i get to
my kind of unregulated dirt in such a athing. Onne thing, which could help is add a module, which let's you vibrate (as in modulate pitch) of any of the partials, evens, oddsm random selections, and at same, randomly dfferent and whatever have you rates and enveloped rates.
I still think, that an actual filter (there's many good ones to be plugged right after this synth) will help, as a filter doesn't need to respond to partial volumes, and therefore is more likely to create a sounding identity. Anotehr way to achieve that, would of course be the classical low pass gate and wavefolder options.
Edit: no wait, there is a way to modulate pitch (as in vibrato) per partial. Good :) Still more irregularities and imperfections needed.
