Oct 23, 2026, 5:25 AM@fluffy Seriously. I have basically all audible alerts of any kind turned off and I don’t even let most things on my phone notify me at all. Core message apps (& phone) are the only one that can put a banner up or buzz (NOT social media or big group chat apps). Email doesn’t even get to notify despite me being an Inbox Zero weirdo. I do not get folks having notifications for so many things. It is baffling.

And THEN, notifications every minute. In mornings, they can begin at 5am just saying 'good morning'
