Aug 25, 2026, 9:12 AM@bram no real upside to telling them all at once, just makes it more awkward. you can also give individual feedback if it's 1on1.
tell the person who was successful first, and ask them not to mention it until you can tell the others (ideally very shortly afterwards). and don't wait until the last day, waiting to get an answer like that sucks.
