    @benroyce @thisislieven @skeletor I don't hold out much hope. Greed helped us on our evolutionary road, and greed is what keeps getting us back here.

    I would always wonder if I'd be as awful as the Epstein Class if I had that sort of wealth. There's a big part of me that doesn't think so, because I'd very likely drop out of the rat race as soon as I had enough to be comfortable. But I'll never know.

    It doesn't take many to ruin it for everyone, and there'll always be that segment.

    @eryops @benroyce @skeletor It's a difficult question to entertain. There's actual research on it - the wealthier people are the more sociopathic they become. Barry's Economics did a nice 10 min explainer on it.

    It's scary. At the same time, in order to become this wealthy you need to be either born into it or already have a level of sociopathy - that wealth only comes through some level of exploitation.

    So, from that perspective I wouldn't worry too much.
