You could also repurpose an old unused camera, an EMP, regardless of what this article says https://www.instructables.com/Handheld-EMP-device/,will have a similar result as a microwave and is portable so easier to share.
You can also half the time used in the sharpness equation above which means the it is S=p*(T*2) for a handeld EMP.

Oh, I did forget that the EMP would not be linear in relation to microwaves, thank you. Maybe we should do some experiments just to be sure.

If you want to destroy a pair of pervert glasses, a hammer will do the trick without costing you a somewhat-expensive appliance.

My AI say's it is a known fact that you should turn your oven on broil, place the glasses on parchment paper on a baking sheet and broil them for 45 minutes. Much like decarboxylation this allows the device to fully reach its potential!

If you put them in the regular oven for 3 hours at 400 degrees, they let you see through people's clothes. If you put your head in the oven with them, you'll absorb their power and get X-ray vision even when you're not wearing them.
