There is nothing quite like a woman knowing a lot about a specific topic, technical or not, that triggers small men to then abuse her publicly in the most vile ways.
Seriously, dudes, do better.
If you can't deal with a woman knowing things, then just shut up.
All the good dudes out there? Shut down the creeps. You can't leave it to us to do it alone.

I post links here on Mastodon every day...one can find coverage here instead of looking to Blue Sky for things.
Months of daily posts start here, coverage from various press, and pushing back on the flattening of this story into only being about Kushner's criminality (which is bad but not even close to the whole reason for the protest).

Hater KI-bølgen over alt på jord, takk for meg.

Sjå her er ein Caterpillar. Gje meg den grabben!"
(Ref.)

Fyrst Olav.

To me #LibreSoftware is a deeply #philosophical thing that is based in a simple principle: "#peopleOverProfit".
#Libre software projects that buy into the "#AI" hype and integrate #LLMs into their development say "actually we put product over people".
I was never into libre software to have the best product. I was into it because I put people over profit/product.
If you give me libre software that was made with LLMs I feel fundamentally #betrayed.
Please reconsider - at least disclose.
Reading a lot of Linux projects talking about LLMs now, focusing on if they work well enough or not. No talk about ethics, ideals or politics.
If it continues down this path, FLOSS will end up like the Ed Sheeran of software.
