neoludditeneoluddite@aus.socialJul 3, 2026, 5:02 AM@drewph @jimsalter I think those are both, but for different reasons: ADHD is mostly difficulty regulating attention and emotion, Autism is more a sensitivity to stimuli, difficulty reading social cues (plus likely anxiety/trauma around that) and pursuing special interest stuff.
