This is one of the most helpful developments I’ve seen in recent times.
I would go a step further and say company like that, particularly when you understand the political views of its founder and of its CEO and executive staff that these people are a threat to human survival.
I would recommend looking up more perfect union’s channel and their recent report on these people. You might know about them already, but it’s useful as a reference.

@mikegalsworthy Pushed out by administrations with the exception of those, which have rotten moral anyhow, i.e. conservatives like CDU or CSU.

@mikegalsworthy Unfortunately today Maven Smart System by Palantir is fully operational at NATO. Also the Dutch Ministry of Defence used it in the past and is still thinking to use Maven Smart System as well. So only a part of Europe is pushing out Palantir.

@joenepraat @mikegalsworthy You cannot defend democracy by inviting a fascist company. That's why Palantir should be banned.
@mikegalsworthy 'Sounds like a good idea. We in the US are being held hostage by Donald Trump and his minions
@mikegalsworthy
If only Britain would do the same.
@MostlyTato @mikegalsworthy I guess they sponsor too many front and back benchers
The USA is also turning against AI

About time. Trouble is British politicians are technically naive and susceptible to the worst kind of industry lobbying and lack the capacity to even conceive of a vision. Europe on the other hand; not perfect, but much further along.
1. Digital sovereignty
2. Open standards, protocols & interop
3. Privacy by default
4. No walled gardens
5. Right to repair
6. End to DRM
7. Datacentres, but not at any cost (money or resources)
8. Etc
