    You can follow PeerTube accounts just like Mastodon accounts.

    For example click on @the_loop_farmer or @folk_viola or any other PeerTube account, and then click "Follow" just like you would with any account. Their videos will gradually start showing up in your Mastodon timeline and they will look like ordinary posts. Reply to a post to comment on its video.

    If you would like to discover lots of good active PeerTube accounts, browse or follow this hashtag:

    @FediVideo, this example, together with being open-source, is why I love the Fediverse so much!

    The interesting part is not that PeerTube works with Mastodon.
    It is that video becomes a native element of the social graph without central platforms.
    When discovery, distribution and interaction happen through the same federated architecture, content stops being trapped in silos and becomes part of the network itself.
    This is how decentralization becomes usable.

    @nbwpuk

    The thumbnails for those accounts are visible via your server's website, so I'm guessing the app is doing something wrong?

    It hopefully will update its data and fetch the thumbnails at some point.
