Stuck_HereStuck_Here@c.imNov 4, 2026, 5:31 PMMan, Whataburger was good back in the day! Is Grandy's still a thing in Texas? That would be the spot for dinner the next day with the troops.

Whataburger is still great. I haven't seen a Grandy's in many years, but maybe there are still some around somewhere
Zimmiebob_zim@infosec.exchangeNov 4, 2026, 8:02 PM@bruce @Stuck_Here @sjvn Sadly, Whataburger was purchased by some private equity vampires in 2019. The quality at the locations near me has taken a distinct downward turn over the last few years.
Hot Dog WaterGGMcBG@mstdn.plusNov 4, 2026, 7:55 PMI pine for Grandy's way too often. 😄

@sjvn
They'll taste those brick-sized Wha'burger onions till their next campaign though.
Joe Heafnerheafnerj@mstdn.socialNov 4, 2026, 9:05 PM@sjvn Not a bad way to celebrate at all. We have two locations here.
