I really think the Chinese have successfully punctured the AI Bubble. If you're soulless enough to use AI, the latest *downloadable* QWEN and DeepSeek models offer - depending on the benchmark - 70-100% of what you get from the best Anthropic models.

So their plan to get corporations hooked and then send your prices to the moon just got Old Yeller'd.

Anthropic: "Claude is now $1,000 month for heavy users."
Customer: "I'll just run a Chinese model on my own hardware, it's cheaper. Bye!"
