Oct 9, 2026, 12:53 PM@nik @j_bertolotti why are you pestering my tl with that commentary? If you have feedback, contact the author, not me.
John Carlsen 🇺🇸🇳🇱🇪🇺johnlogic@sfba.socialOct 10, 2026, 11:43 PMI don't see an author listed.
To me, that's an indicator of how worth reading a piece is. If nobody wants to take the credit or blame...

"sheets.works · Founded by Akash Wadhwani · Contact: akash@sheets.works"
Company pages rarely list authors, but something like this, especially when they're focused on building the company brand instead of their own. I'd be surprised if it's more than just that one guy doing this.

My guess:Someone instructed an IA to write this including the sentence "In February 2024 the versions Jia Tan released carried a hidden way into Linux servers."
Maybe this someone is not aware of using the strange expression "hidden way" to name backdoors...
Maybe he is less aware than you of the very existence of this particular page. Why should I contact him?
Next time, choose between being pestered or not linking to such contents.
