A person is racist if they start off a statement saying "I'm not a racist, but..." then says something racist, like they juat don't feel safe, or it's these people "that do all the crimes."

(There's caveats, of course. It's impossible to be racist against white people because "white" doesn't exist, there is no white country with white history or white culture, it's all made up. But there IS racists who say "it's black people who do all the crime" and happen to be Hispanic or Asian ...and vice versa.)

With me so far? Cool. You're ahead of the game.

It stands to reason that if someone says "I'm not transphobic, but there's no way a man can ever become a woman" or "a woman taking hormones will never be a man", they're actually transphobic.
