They make whatever they make on advertising and lurch from zuckerbrainfart to zuckerbrainfart with no real vision or principles. Everyone who's still there is there because they money's good enough that it makes the pointlessness tolerable. Morale's in the toilet but nobody left there is motivated by morale so who cares.
