Tonight’s dinner is chicken with 40 cloves of garlic. It’s actually more like 90 cloves because why not. It’s also flavored with dry vermouth so perhaps a white Negroni will be in my future. #homecooking #food #cocktails

We are sitting out in the yard in the sun with Belgian ale while the coals ready themselves for ribeye gently flavored with rosemary trimmings from last fall. We’ll be having aspergrass and pasta salad as sides.
