It was a fun experiment and I enjoyed listening to music with the impromptu family room setup, but returning to the main music room setup, the first word that came to mind was: effortless. These are big speakers driven by a powerful amp with lots of headroom, they sound really great.
The room is… not so great. I’ll need to treat some surfaces and figure out this room correction thing.
Wajatta — the musical duo of Reggie Watts and John Tejada — return with their second album, “Don’t Let Get You Down”. With its brightly pulsing synths and whistling hook, ‘Don’t Let Get You Down’ is, in the words of Reggie Watts, “the poppiest song we’ve ever done.”
