Is this the right time to promote PHP-Usergroups?

Looks like a lot of people are suddenly interested in PHP and there are actually a lot of meetings in different towns across the globe that have just this single one topic: PHP

A place to gain knowledge and get to know other nerds!

Looking for a place near you? Check out https://php.ug - and if you don't find one near you, head over to phpc.chat and look for the #usergroup channel. We'll find a way!
