Sally Rooney had to cancel a trip to England to collect a book award, to avoid being arrested for terrorism under the UK Labour party's legislation against protest about Palestine.

Now her novels are being withdrawn from sale in the UK to protect her publisher from being prosecuted for funding terrorism.

She is also at risk of prosecution if she attends any literary event in Derry, Belfast or anywhere else in the six counties/NI.
