I hope Ai drains the bank accounts of our politicians. For they have demonstrsted they will do nothing about the nerd reich attacks until the do nothing politicians are personally attacked.
There is no rogue AI.
There are either rogue companies who willfully develop software (AI) to do these things, or there are companies who release software without testing enough if it can do things that they do not want to happen.
In both cases, the companies are the ones responsible.
And by companies, I don't mean anonymous organisations, but managers responsible for the decisions that lead to releasing software that criminally breaks into other systems.
