    @Matt_Noyes That's good news! I realized the other day some of my yogurt ferments seemed slow, and then remembered my kitchen is around 10-15 degrees cooler than it was at the height of summer, and that affects things. My peppers seem a little slower to ferment this time too, and I wonder if it's because of that.
