The verdict is in on the Thessalonkiki tomato - a variety new for me in the garden this year. Mild but tomato-ey. Minimal seeds so possibly sauce. Low acid. Will definitely grow next year. Plus, it makes a very fine tomato sandwich, especially since I made Japanese milk bread specifically for this. And that yummy vegan mayo I like. Top 5 tomato sandwich year. 👍
