In my experience, the technical teams that move forward rapidly right now aren't asking "do we have the right people?" but rather "have we built conditions where people can show us what they can do? Where people can be their best selves?"

In The Psychology of Software Teams, I unpack empirical evidence behind why and how all of this works; you can get your copy now! 🚀

@grimalkina Looking forward to reading it.
I want it on e-pub format. The website says that the promo, for offering to read it in advance, is not valid on the e-book.

But before buying it, ¿does the publisher allow to download the epub for my kindle?
I once bought a e-pub and I couldn't pass it to my device without internet connection and I want to avoid that.

Thanks and congrats on finishing the book!

@Lluis_Revilla I don't have any input or control over Routledge's promos (if you are referring to the inspection copy that instructors of courses can request, I believe that is something you would need to request directly from the publisher if you are an academic instructor, and is a different process than simply buying as an individual). For ebooks, I've listed the options that I know about, but I can't test their cross-compatibility. Kindle format is available directly on amazon though!

@grimalkina I am not asking for compatibility or kindle format. I want to confirm that I can access and move your e-book offline if I buy it from the publisher. But I guess the only way is to try it. Thanks 👍

@grimalkina I love the premise and agree from living through it.
So often you can only be as successful as the organization allows. The bottleneck isnt needing more unicorns to sit in the locked stables.
