If your passport "misrepresents" your "birth sex" you'll receive a permanent ban to travel to the US.

have you heard the news of the german citizen tattoo artist who got denied entry because she was accused of planning to work on tourist visa. she spent like two weeks in an ice detention camp, no lawyer, no phone call, nothing. happened recently.
