Feb 27, 2025, 6:30 PM@missqarnstein and how do they tell if someone’s trans
that’s right, this surely includes anyone gender nonconforming, or anyone the cops judge to be too queer

@missqarnstein there’s nothing to fuck up about this; the bigotry and the power is the point
even before, no visa has guaranteed entry into the US, and they don’t even need to name a reason. You can’t appeal either. - hot tran*sexual menacemissqarnstein@eldritch.cafeFeb 27, 2025, 9:15 PM
@uint8_t I mean yeah you're right. But I think they don't actually want this blowing up into "normal" people's faces that's what I meant with fuck up.

@missqarnstein it’s all about power; them choosing the Undesirables and exercising that power to make us suffer. queer, trans, lefty, counterculture, anything they don’t like. textbook fascism.
have you heard the news of the german citizen tattoo artist who got denied entry because she was accused of planning to work on tourist visa. she spent like two weeks in an ice detention camp, no lawyer, no phone call, nothing. happened recently.
