@LabSpokane I feel like this is really a prosecutor problem more than a judge one. Maybe the state can pre-empt with real charges.

Two nights before I moved away from here for 40 years I got my nose broken for wearing the wrong clothes and listening to the wrong music. Sometimes it feel like Spokane has changed, sometimes it doesn't.
