Still unemployed & so exhausted trying to figure out a) how to convince a stranger I really do posses skills that I’ve proven I have for years b) which of those methods are working and which are failing in a job market that either ghosts you or sends you a form email thanking you for trying but no dice c) whether being trans, disabled, politically outspoken and a former union staffer is what’s knocking me out of the running and not anything particularly flawed about my pitch/application process
