    @nyhan The most confusing part of that excerpt, and a true sign of the late stages of capitalism in the U.S.A., is the first part where one learns that an investment firm has a head of health care. It is such a convoluted and tenuous position to exist, it is no wonder the dude's sentences are as convoluted and unintelligible as that one!
